摘  要:采用二维光子晶体设计了一种可扩展的小型化准密集型八通道波分复用器结构。二维光子晶体是由硅介质柱在空气中按照三角格子周期性排列而成,通过设计直线主波导、下载腔和输出波导结构,利用腔和波导之间的耦合效应实现波长选择。所设计的腔由一个内柱和四个外柱构成,结构简洁,腔模式可通过内外柱的直径进行调控,实现多波长的选择,具有可扩展性。实现准密集型波分复用结构,八个波长分别为:1542.2,1544.2,1546,1548.2,1550,1552,1554.4,1557.6 nm,平均波长间隔为2.2 nm,插入损耗分别为-0.5,-0.25,-0.25,-0.7,-0.25,-0.5,-0.1,-0.1 dB,最大信道串扰为-12 dB。器件尺寸为19.8μm×11μm,面积为217.8μm^(2),实现了小型化、高透射和高隔离,为用于光集成奠定了基础。其中设计及分析通过COMSOL软件有限元方法完成。In this paper,a two-dimensional photonic crystal is used to design a miniaturized,dense,scalable eightchannel multiplexer structure.The two-dimensional photonic crystal is formed by periodically arranging silicon dielectric columns in the air using a triangular lattice.The linear main waveguide,download cavity,and output waveguide structure are designed,and the coupling effect between the cavity and waveguide is used to select the wavelength.The designed cavity is composed of one inner and four outer columns,and it has a simple structure.The cavity mode can be adjusted through the diameter of the inner and outer columns to realize multiwavelength selection and the scalability structure.A quasi-dense wavelength division multiplexing structure is realized.The multiplexing of eight wavelengths,including 1542.2,1544.2,1546,1548.2,1550,1552,1554.4,and 1557.6 nm,achieve 2.2 nm of the average wavelength interval,and the insertion loss is-0.5,-0.25,-0.25,-0.7,-0.25,-0.5,-0.1,and-0.1 dB.respectively.The maximum channel crosstalk is-12 dB.The device size is 19.8 μm × 11 μm.It achieves miniaturization,high transmission,and high isolation.It also lays a foundation for optical integration.The design and analysis are done with the finite element method using COMSOL software.
