摘　　要：目的探讨重度子痫前期(PE)孕妇血清胎盘生长因子(PLGF)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的表达与胎儿生长受限(FGR)的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年10月至2021年5月郑州大学第一附属医院产科收治的186例重度PE孕妇的临床资料,根据胎儿是否发生FGR将孕妇分为对照组(n=90)和研究组(n=96),统计两组相关资料,比较分析两组孕妇外周血血清PLGF、Hcy的表达水平及与FGR的关系。结果单因素分析显示,研究组羊水过少孕妇占比及血清Hcy水平高于对照组,血清PLGF水平低于对照组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析显示,羊水过少、Hcy为重度PE患者发生FGR的独立危险因素,PLGF为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论Hcy为重度PE患者发生FGR的危险因素,PLGF为保护因素,血清PLGF呈低表达、Hcy呈高表达重度PE患者更易发生FGR。Objective To investigate the correlation between maternal serum placental growth factor(PLGF),homocysteine(Hey)expression and fetal growth restriction(FGR)insevere preeclampsia(PE).Methods The clinical data of 186 pregnant women with severe PE admitted to the Obstetrics Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2019 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The pregnant women were divided into control group(n=90)and study group(n=96)according to whether the fetus had FGR.The general data of the two groups were calculated.The expression levels of PLGF and Hey in peripheral blood and their relationship with FGR were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Univariate analysis showed that the percentage of pregnant women with oligohydramnios and serum Hey level in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and serum PLGF level was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that oligohyyramnios independent risk factors for FGR in patients with severe PE,and PLGF was a protective factor(P<0.05).Conclusion Hey is a risk factor for FGR in patients with severe PE,and PLGF is a protective factor.Severe PE patients with low expression of PLGF and high expression of Hey are more likely to develop FGR.
