摘 要:目的探讨补阳还五汤联合人工智能远程教育系统对人工髋关节置换术后患者下肢运动功能障碍恢复情况的影响。方法选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2018年1月至2021年3月收治的60例人工髋关节置换术后下肢运动功能障碍,且符合中医诊断为气虚血瘀型患者,作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受补阳还五汤联合人工智能。采用Harris髋关节功能评分评估髋关节功能,对比两组患者干预前后运动行为变化、依从性以及生活质量。结果观察组关节疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),功能以及活动评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的积极探寻建议依从性、锻炼监测依从性、肢体锻炼依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的社会功能、躯体功能、角色功能以及认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月结果显示,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合人工智能对人工髋关节置换术后患者下肢运动功能障碍患者的干预效果显著,可以改善患者的运动行为,提高依从性,并且提高患者髋关节功能以及生活质量。Objective To invetigate the influencing of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with artificial inteligence distance education system on the recovery of lower limb motor dysfunction after artificial hip replacement.Methods Sixty patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after artificial hip replacement who were diagnosed as Qi deficiency and blood stasis in traditional Chinese medicine admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention,and the observation group received Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with artifcial intelligence.Hip function was assessed using the Harris hip function score.The changes in sports behavior,compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results The scores of joint pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of function and activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive exploration suggestion compliance,exercise monitoring compliance and physical exercise compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,physical function,role function and cognitive function of patients in the observat ion group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results after three months of follow-up showed that the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with artificial intelligence has a significant effect on the intervention of patients with lower limb motor dysfunction after artificial hip replacement.It can improve the patient’s motor behavior,improve compliance,and improve the hip joint fun
