回神醒脑汤对脑外伤后综合征患者动脉血流速度及神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察回神醒脑汤对脑外伤后综合征患者动脉血流速度及神经功能的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2021年6月于鹿邑县人民医院接受治疗的66例脑外伤后综合征患者进行研究,按随机数表法将其分为2组。对照组33例患者接受常规西医治疗,研究组33例患者在对照组基础上接受回神醒脑汤治疗。治疗前、后检测两组患者胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,检测基底动脉(BA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)的血流速度,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、中医证候评分、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)对患者进行评估,比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组患者IGF-1、ET-1水平低于对照组,VEGF、NO水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者BA、ACA、MCA速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者SF-36评分较对照组高,NIHSS、中医证候评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组患者总有效率(96.97%)较对照组高(81.82%)(P<0.05)。结论采用回神醒脑汤治疗脑外伤后综合征患者,可降低患者IGF-1水平,提升血管内皮功能,改善动脉血流速度及神经功能,缓解临床症状,提升生活质量及临床效果。Objective To observe the efect of Huishen Xingnao decoction on arterial blood flow velocity and neurological function in patients with post-traumatic brain syndrome.Methods A total of 66 patients with post-traumatic brain injury syndrome treated in Luyi County People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected for study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.Thirty-three patients in the control group recei ved conventional western medicine treatment,and 33 patients in the study group received Huishen Xingnao decoction on the basis of the control group.Before and after treatment,the level of insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1),nitrie oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the two groups of patients were detected.The blood flow velocity of basilar artery(BA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA)and middle cerebral artery(MCA)were measured,and the patients were evaluated by National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36).The clinical efcacy of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of ICF-1 and ET-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of VEGF and NO in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The speed of BA,ACA and MCA in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of SF-36 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the NIHSS and traditional Chinese mediceine syndrome score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(96.97%)was higher than that of the control group(81.82%)(P<0.05).Condusion Huishen Xingnao decoction in the treatment of patients with post-traumatic brain syndrome can reduce the level of IGF-1,improve the vascular endothelial function,improve the arterial blood flow velocity and nerve function,alleviate the dlinical symptons,improve the quality
