益气化瘀盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察益气化瘀盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎患者的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月于郑州大桥医院接受盆腔炎后遗症治疗的100例患者,以随机数字表法分组,参照组(50例)接受常规西医治疗,研究组(50例)在参照组基础上接受益气化瘀盆炎汤治疗,治疗前、后检测两组血清粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数水平,观察两组中医证候评分、临床疗效及复发率。结果研究组GM-CSF、ICAM-1水平低于参照组(P<0.05),研究组IL-2水平高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组患者MDA水平低于参照组(P<0.05),研究组GSH-Px、SOD水平高于参照组(P<0.05),研究组血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数水平较参照组低(P<0.05),研究组中医证候评分较参照组低(P<0.05),研究组总有效率(96.00%)较参照组(82.00%)高(P<0.05),研究组复发率(4.00%)较参照组(20.00%)低(P<0.05)。结论益气化瘀盆炎汤治疗盆腔炎患者,可抑制患者炎症,降低氧自由基水平,改善血液循环,缓解临床症状,提升临床疗效,降低复发率。Objective To observe the efect of Yiqi Huayu Penyan decoction in treating patients with pelvic inflammation.Methods A total of 100 patients who were treated for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease in Zhengzhou Daqiao Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method.Ffty patients were the study group and 50 patients were the reference group.The reference group received conventional western medicine treatment.The study group received Y iqi Huayu Penyan decoction on the basis of the reference group.The serum granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),superoxide.dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondioxide Aldehyde(MDA),plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation index levels of the two groups were tested before and after treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,the dlinical ffcacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed.Results The levels of GM-CSF,ICAM-1 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),the IL-2 levels in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the MDA levels of patients in the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The GSH-Px and SOD levels of the study group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,and erythrocyte aggregation index levels of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(96.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(82.00%)(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the study group(4.00%)was lower than that of the reference group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Condusion Treating patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,Yiqi Huayu Penyan Decoction can inhibit inflammation,reduce oxygen free radical levels,improve blood circulation,relieve cli
