用自断加压骨栓联合接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用自断加压骨栓联合接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法:将2019年1月至2021年1月期间重庆市梁平区人民医院收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,并根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。为对照组患者使用切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗,为观察组患者使用自断加压骨栓联合接骨板进行治疗。然后观察两组患者术中的出血量、手术持续的时间、术后的引流量、术毕至下床进行活动的时间、治疗的效果及发生术后并发症的情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其术中的出血量及术后的引流量均更少,其手术持续的时间及术毕至下床进行活动的时间均更短,其术后并发症的发生率更低,P<0.05。结论:使用自断加压骨栓联合接骨板治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果显著,患者术中的出血量少,手术持续的时间短,术后康复的速度快,并发症的发生率低。Objective:To investigate the effect of self-broken compression bone plug combined with bone plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Chongqing Liangping District People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction plate internal fixation,and patients in the observation group were treated with self-fractured compression bone plug combined with bone plate.Then,the amount of intraoperative blood loss,duration of operation,postoperative drainage,time from the end of operation to getting out of bed,treatment effect and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage were less,the duration of operation and the time from the end of operation to the end of bed activity were shorter,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The treatment of tibial plateau fracture with self-broken compression bone plug combined with bone plate has a significant effect,with less intraoperative blood loss,short operation duration,fast postoperative recovery and low incidence of complications.
