地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇对人工流产患者术后恢复情况及性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨用地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇对接受人工流产术后的患者进行预防性治疗的效果及对其术后恢复情况、性激素水平的影响。方法:选取接受人工流产术的患者80例,采用奇偶数分组法将其分为A组和B组。在术后,为A组患者采用地屈孕酮进行预防性治疗,为B组患者采用地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇进行预防性治疗。然后比较两组患者的疗效、术后恢复情况及血清性激素的水平。结果:B组患者治疗的总有效率高于A组患者,P<0.05。B组患者术后的阴道出血量少于A组患者,其术后月经复潮的时间短于A组患者,其术后复潮时的月经量多于A组患者,其术后子宫内膜的厚度大于A组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,B组患者血清雌二醇的水平低于A组患者,其血清促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素的水平均高于A组患者,P<0.05。结论:用地屈孕酮联合戊酸雌二醇对接受人工流产术后的患者进行预防性治疗的效果较好,可显著减少其术后出血量,提高其子宫内膜的厚度,改善其血清性激素的水平,促进其子宫内膜功能和卵巢功能的恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of prophylactic therapy combined with didrogesterone and estradiol valerate on patients undergoing induced abortion and its effect on postoperative recovery and sex hormone level.Methods:80 patients receiving artificial abortion were selected and divided into group A and group B by odd and even grouping method.After surgery,patients in group A were prophylactically treated with dydrogesterone,and patients in group B were prophylactically treated with dydrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate.Then the efficacy,postoperative recovery and serum sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of group B was higher than group A,P<0.05.The postoperative vaginal bleeding in group B was less than that in group A,the duration of postoperative menstruation was shorter than that in group A,the amount of menstruation during postoperative menstruation was more than that in group A,and the postoperative endometrial thickness was greater than that in group A,P<0.05.After treatment,the level of serum estradiol in group B was lower than that in group A,and the levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:The prophylactic therapy with didrogesterone combined with estradiol valerate has a good effect on patients after abortion,which can significantly reduce the postoperative bleeding,improve the thickness of endometrium,improve the level of serum sex hormones,and promo te the recovery of endometrium and ovarian function.
