摘　　要：目的:探讨用复方杜仲健骨颗粒联合推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将180例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和研究组(90例/组)。为对照组患者采用推拿疗法进行治疗,在此基础上为研究组患者采用复方杜仲健骨颗粒进行治疗。然后比较两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗评分法(JOA)的评分和治疗的有效率。结果:研究组患者治疗的有效率(95.56%)高于对照组患者治疗的有效率(85.56%),P<0.05。治疗后,研究组患者的JOA评分高于对照组患者,其VAS评分低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:用复方杜仲健骨颗粒联合推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果较好,可有效地改善患者的功能障碍,减轻其疼痛症状。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound Duzhong Jiangu granule combined with massage therapy on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:180 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and study group(90 cases/group).Patients in the control group were treated with massage therapy,and patients in the research group were treated with compound Ulmoides ulmoides Jiangu granules.Visual analog scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)score and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of study group(95.56%)was higher than that of control group(85.56%),P<0.05.After treatment,the JOA score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compound Guzhong Jiangu granule combined with massage therapy has a good clinical effect on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,which can effectively im prove the patients’dysfunction and relieve their pain symptoms.
