磁共振动态增强与增强CT对胰腺囊性疾病的临床诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振(MRI)动态增强与增强CT对胰腺囊性疾病(PCL)的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2019年11月于本院接受治疗的85例PCL患者的临床资料,所有入选者均接受MRI动态增强与增强CT检查,以手术病理检查结果为金标准,分析两种检查方式在PCL中的诊断价值。结果以手术病理检查结果为金标准,MRI动态增强检查对PCL的检出率为97.65%,增强CT检查检出率为88.24%,MRI动态增强检出率高于增强CT检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);85例入选者MRI动态增强检查耗时(29.31±5.68)min,长于增强CT的(20.42±3.19)min,差异有统计学意义(t=12.582,P=0.000)。结论MRI动态增强检查在PCL中诊断价值高于增强CT检查,虽然MRI动态增强检查所需时间更长,但可准确判断患者疾病类型,进而为后期治疗方案的制订提供有效依据。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance(MRI)and enhanced CT for pancreatic cystic disease(PCL).Methods The clinical data of 85 PCL patients who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All the selected patients received dynamic enhanced MRI and enhanced CT.The results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard,and two types were analyzed.To analyze the diagnostic value of two examination methods in PCL.Results The re-sults of surgical pathological examinations,the detection rate of PCL in dynamic enhanced MRI was 97.65%,the detection rate of enhanced CT was 88.24%,and the detection rate of dynamic enhanced MRI was higher than that of enhanced CT,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time-consuming(29.31±5.68)min of dynamic enhanced MRI examination in 85 cases was longer than the time-consuming(20.42±3.19)min of enhanced CT examination,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.582,P=0.000).Conclusion The diagnostic value of dynamic en-hanced MRI in PCL is higher than that of enhanced CT.Although dynamic enhanced MRI takes longer,it can accurately determine the type of pa-tient's disease and provide an effective basis for the formulation of later treatment plans.
