微创保胆取石术治疗胆结石的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的评估胆结石患者应用微创保胆取石术治疗的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于本院就诊的60例胆结石患者,利用信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术,观察组接受微创保胆取石术,比较两组手术效果、并发症发生率及生活质量。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后1 d疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义;观察组术后排气时间、术后饮食恢复时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、心理情绪、自觉症状、日常生活、社会活动及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胆结石患者应用微创保胆取石术治疗效果显著,可缩短患者恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the value of minimally invasive cholelithiolithotomy for patients with gallstones.Methods A total of 60 pa-tients with gallstones treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and they were divided into control group and observa-tion group by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and the observation group re-ceived minimally invasive gallblade preserving lithotomy.The surgical effect,complications and quality of life between the two groups were com-pared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and pain score 1 day after surgery be-tween the two groups.The postoperative exhaust time,postoperative dietary recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The physiologi-cal function,psychological emotion,self-conscious symptoms,daily life,social activities and total scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive cholelithiolithotomy for patients with gallstones has significant efficacy,with can short-er the recovery time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the life quality,which is worthy of clinical application.
