健脾活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2019年6月于本院接受治疗的120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用胃复春片治疗,观察组采用健脾活血汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及胃镜病理评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候(胃脘胀满、纳差、疼痛、嘈杂、乏力)积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胃镜及病理(炎症、萎缩、肠化生、异型增生)积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾活血汤治疗CAG效果显著,可降低患者中医证候积分及病理积分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Huoxue decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun tablets,and the ob-servation group was treated with Jianpi Huoxue decoction.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores and gastroscopy pathology scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 91.67%,and which was higher than78.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes(epigastric fullness,an-orexia,pain,noise,fatigue)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the score of gastroscopic and pathological scores(inflammation,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Jianpi Huoxue Decoction significant effect in the treatment of CAG patients can reduce the TCM syn-drome score and pathology score,it is worthy of clinical application.
