主管切开支管引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究主管切开支管引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月本院肛肠科收治的复杂性肛瘘患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规肛瘘切开挂线术治疗,观察组给予主管切开支管引流术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗满意度、术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间、肛门畸形状况及术后复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率和治疗总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肛门畸形率、术后复发率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主管切开支管引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘效果显著,可有效促进患者身体康复,提高患者对治疗工作的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of main incision combined with branch tube drainage in the treatment of complicated anal fistula.Methods 100 patients with complicated anal fistula treated in department of Anorectal of our hospital from January 2017 and December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional incision hangs line therapy,and the observation group was treated with main incision combined with branch tube drainage.The curative effect and treatment satisfaction,the time of postoperative pain,wound healing time,anal deformity and postoperative recurrence conditions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate and the total satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain time and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anus malformation rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of main incision combined with branch tube drainage in the treatment of complicated anal fistula patients has significant effect.It can effectively promote the physical rehabilita-tion of patients,and improve patients'satisfaction with the treatment,it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
