强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年12月本院收治的84例梅尼埃病患者,按照随机数字表法分为传统组和创新组,各42例。传统组给予倍他司汀治疗,创新组给予强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间和不良反应发生率。结果创新组治疗总有效率为97.62%,高于传统组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创新组眩晕症状改善时间、其他症状改善时间、治疗时间均短于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创新组用药后不良反应发生率为9.52%,低于传统组的30.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强力定眩胶囊联合倍他司汀治疗梅尼埃病疗效确切,能减少不良反应发生率,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qiangli Dingxuan capsule combined with betahistine in the treatment of Meniere's dis-ease.Methods A total of 84 patients with Meniere's disease admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into traditional group and innovative group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with betahistine,and the innovation group was treated with Qiangli Dingxuan capsules combined with betahistine.The clinical efficacy,symp-tom improvement time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of the in-novation group was 97.62%,which was higher than 83.33%of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the im-provement time of vertigo symptoms,other symptoms and total treatment time in the innovation group were shorter than those in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the innovation group was 9.52%,which was lower than 30.95%of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Qiangli Dingxu-an capsule combined with meniere disease and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions is worth clinical promotion and application.
