口服盐酸急性中毒救治一例护理体会

摘　　要：报告1例患者口服盐酸自杀被误诊为"敌敌畏中毒", 经化验原农药瓶为强酸, 最终救治成功的护理过程。护理的重点包括:做好气管插管及消化道的急救护理, 疾病进展期口腔护理预防感染、营养支持, 康复期给予预防下肢静脉血栓、心理护理, 及出院后的延续护理。It is reported that a patient who committed suicide by oral hydrochloric acid was misdiagnosed as"dichlorvos poisoning".The original pesticide bottle was tested to be strong acid,and the nursing process was finally successful.The focus of care includes:Do a good job of emergency care for tracheal intubation and digestive tract,oral care for infection prevention and nutritional support in the advanced stage of the disease,prevention of venous thrombosis in the lower limbs,psychological care during the rehabilitation period,and continued care after discharge.
