生产要素价格对产业结构优化影响的空间分异研究

摘　　要：文章选取我国30个省份2007-2018年的面板数据,刻画了土地、劳动力、资本、技术和数据要素价格的空间分布,运用空间杜宾模型分析了产业结构优化的空间分异特征。研究结果表明:(1)土地、资本和劳动力要素价格在东中西部地区均存在扭曲现象;(2)在产业结构合理化层面,资本和技术要素价格对东部地区具有促进作用,对于西部地区而言,数据要素价格具有正向影响,而劳动力要素价格具有负面影响;(3)在产业结构高级化层面,数据要素价格对东中西地区具有积极作用,技术要素价格对中西部地区具有负向影响。政府可通过升级传统要素、发展新要素与分区域改革措施来完善要素市场。The panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2018 are selected to describe the spatial distribution of land,labor,capital,technology and data in this paper.The Spatial Dubin Model is used to analyze thespatial differentiation of industrial structure optimization.The results indicated that:firstly,the prices of production factors of land,labor,and capital are distorted to varying degrees in the eastern,central and western regions.Secondly,as for industrial structure rationalization,the price of capital and technology has a positive effect on the eastern region;as for the western and northeast regions,the price of data has a positive effect,while labor has a negative effect.Lastly,as for industrial structure advancement,the price of data has a promoting effect in the eastern,central and western regions;the price of technology has a negative impact in the central and western regions,but a positive impact in the eastern and northeast regions.The government can improve the factor markets by upgrading traditional production factors,developing new production factors and sub-regional reforms.
