摘  要:研究了A356铸件与6082型材在3种工艺下的焊缝质量及力学性能,并通过动态疲劳试验建立了焊缝的疲劳曲线数学模型。通过焊缝熔深、力学性能及动态疲劳试验研究了A356铸件与6082型材焊接试样的力学性能及焊缝质量。结果表明,A356铸件与6082型材的焊缝质量均合格;焊接试样的力学性能及疲劳寿命相对于母材均下降。当进行A356铸件与6082型材焊接时,壁厚在3~5 mm范围内,建议MIG焊接电流选用160 A,焊接速度选用0.15 m/s,脉冲修正选用1%。Weld quality and mechanical properties of A356 casting and 6082 profile in three different processes were studied and the fatigue mathematical model of weld was established through dynamic fatigue test.Mechanical properties and weld quality of welded samples of A356 castings and 6082 profiles were studied through weld penetration,mechanical properties and dynamic fatigue test.The result showed that welding quality of A356 castings and 6082 profiles was qualified.Mechanical properties and fatigue life of welded samples both decreased.When A356 castings and 6082 profiles were welded with 3~5 mm wall thickness,it was recommended for MIG that welding current was 160 A,welding speed was 0.15 m/s,and the pulse correction was 1%.
