棍针拨筋疗法配合刘氏火熨术治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察棍针拨筋疗法配合刘氏火熨术治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床效果。方法:选取我院2020年12月—2021年7月60例颈肩腰腿痛患者。根据患者入院顺序分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者采取中药封包加中频治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用棍针拨筋疗法联合刘氏火熨术治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率90.0%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的CASCS、VAS得分优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈肩腰腿痛患者运用棍针拨筋疗法联合刘氏火熨术治疗疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,缓解患者疼痛,且安全性高,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of stick needle tendon pulling therapy combined with Liu’s fire ironing on soft tissue neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain through case study.Methods From December 2020 to July 2021,60 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain in our hospital were selected.30 patients were assigned to the observation group and 30 patients to the control group.Patients in the control group were treated with TCM sealing package plus intermediate frequency treatment,while patients in the observation group were treated with rod needle tendon therapy combined with Liu’s fire ironing,and the therapeutic effects were compared and evaluated.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,higher than 73.3%of control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the implementation of treatment,CASCS and VAS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,the combination of rod needle tendon pulling therapy and Liu’s fire ironing therapy has significant efficacy,can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain of patients,with high safety and worthy of clinical application.
