摘 要:溃疡性结肠炎(UC)在临床中属非特异性炎症性肠病,目前对于该病的发病机制尚不完全明确,多数学者认为,遗传易感性、肠道菌群及黏膜免疫功能失调与本病的发生发展有着密切关系。近年来有研究发现NOD样受体家族3(NLRP3)基因与UC的易感性密切相关,NLRP3炎症小体可使肠道内环境维持稳定,对UC具有较好的保护作用,而NLRP3缺陷可导致UC易感,可见在UC的发生和发展过程中NLRP3炎症小体起着重要作用。鉴于此,本文着重介绍UC的流行病学、病因及生理作用,并阐述UC与NLRP3炎症小体的关系,以期为相关研究工作者提供一定帮助。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a non-specific inflammatory bowel disease in clinical practice.At present,the pathogenesis of the disease is not completely clear.Most scholars believe that genetic susceptibility,intestinal flora and mucosal immune dysfunction It is closely related to the occurrence and development of this disease.In recent years,studies have found that the NODlike receptor family 3(NLRP3)gene is closely related to the susceptibility of UC.The NLRP3 inflammasome can maintain a stable intestinal environment and have a better protective effect on UC,while NLRP3 deficiency can lead to UC.Susceptibility,it can be seen that NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in the occurrence and development of UC.In view of this,this study mainly introduces the epidemiology,etiology and physiological effects of UC,and expounds the relationship between UC and NLRP3 inflammasomes,in order to provide some help to related researchers.
