摘  要:莱钢炼钢厂120t LF精炼炉在供近终形异型坯钢液时采用硅钙钡、碳化钙脱氧造渣,脱氧产生高熔点Ca_(2)SiO_(4)、Ca_(3)SiO_(3)不熔物,吸附夹杂物效果差,连铸机在浇注时出现水口结瘤,无法实现稳态浇注,铸坯和轧材出现批量腹板裂纹;通过对IF精炼炉脱氧造渣工艺优化完善,将炉渣CaO-SiO_(2)二元渣系向CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)三元渣系转变,有效提高炉渣炉渣吸附夹杂物效果,解决水口结癇问题,提高钢液质量。The 120 ton LF refining furmace of Laiwu lron and Steel Co.,Ltd.used barium silicate caleium carbide and caleium carbide deoxidation to produce high meling point Ca_(2)SiO_(4)and Ca_(3)SiO_(3)refractory when supplying liquid sleel for near net shaped billets.The effect of absorbing inclusions was poor.The nozzle clogging ocured in the continuous caster during pouring,so the steady-state pouring could not be realized,and a batch of Web cracks appeared in the bllets and rolled products.The transformation from CaO-SiO_(2)binary slag system to CaO-SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3),temary slag system can efctively improve the effect of slag adsorption of inclusions,solve the problem of nozle nodulation and improve the quality of molten steel.
