摘 要:通过研究分析异型坯铸坯在生产过程中造成传质与传热不均匀性的影响因素,先后开发成功异型坯结晶器均质化传热技术、优化成分体系、优化保护渣指标优化中间包流场和结晶器流场以及钢水过热度均衡控制技术,全面改善了异型坯连铸坯传质、传热性能,提高了铸坯质量的稳定性.By studying and analyxing the infuencing factours of non-nifrmity of mass transfer and bheat lransfer caused by special-shaped billet casting in the production process,and hy means of field test and big data summary,the homogenization heat transfer technology of special-shaped bllet mold,optimization of composition system,optimization of protetive slag index.optimization of tundish flow field and mold flow field.and equilibrium control tehnology of molten steel supetheat have been sucessfully developed,The mass transfer and heat transfer performance of profile hillet continuous casting billet are comprehensively improved,the stability of billet quality is improved.
