摘　　要：介绍HP295焊瓶钢的生产工艺;研究其化学成份、夹杂物控制、铸坯质量、冷却制度、金相组织、力学性能对产品质量的影响,通过生产样品分析及客户使用情况跟踪,对成分调整、板坯入炉温度控制、热轧温度的优化,可使焊瓶钢钢带质量大大优于GB/T 6653《焊接气瓶用钢板和钢带》中的要求。The introduction of production process of HP295;The rescarch on the influence on product quality about chemical composition,inclusion control,slab quality,cooling system,microstructure and mechanical properties.Through the analysis for production samples and tracking of customer usage.we caried on the composition adjustment.slab temperature control and hot rlling temperature optimization,therefore,making the quality level of welded cylinder steel strip higher than that of GB/T 6653《Steel plates and strips for welded gas cylinders》.
