摘  要:为了能够让每位龙舟比赛运动员,更加科学系统地正确认知自己的无氧脂肪代谢反应能力和有氧脂肪代谢反应能力,为今后的比赛、学习、训练选择更恰当的训练方式,该文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、试验法对枣庄学院各级龙舟队每位队员训练前后的最大摄氧量、最大无氧功率、平均无氧功率等各个方面体能指标数据进行综合分析。通过对枣庄学院龙舟队队员训练前后进行Wingate无氧功率自行车试验和PWC170有氧功率自行车试验,对比分析所测得的最大无氧功率、平均无氧运动功率和最大摄氧量数值,得出龙舟短距离项目对运动员的无氧与有氧工作能力都有所提高,其中无氧运动功率有显著提高,短期训练对无氧爆发能力提高更为显著;相对无氧工作能力来说,有氧工作能力提高不明显,但也有所提高。In order to enable each dragon boat race athlete more scientifically and systematically recognize his or her anaerobic fat metabolism response ability and aerobic fat metabolism response ability,and choose a more appropriate training method for the future competition,learning and training,by using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and experiment,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the physical index data of each member of dragon boat teams at all levels of Zaozhuang University,such as maximum oxygen uptake,maximum anaerobic power,average anaerobic power and so on.Through the Wingate anaerobic power bicycle test and PWC 170 aerobic power bicycle test of the members of the dragon boat team of Zaozhuang University before and after training,the measured maximum anaerobic power,average anaerobic exercise power and maximum oxygen uptake are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the short-distance dragon boat project improves the anaerobic and aerobic working ability of the athletes,among which the anaerobic exercise power is significantly improved,Short-term training can improve anaerobic explosive ability more significantly;Compared with anaerobic working ability,aerobic working ability is not significantly improved,but it is also improved.
