摘 要:核心力量训练是运动训练当中十分有效的训练方式之一,通过开展核心力量训练能有效提高应急救援队员的身体素质和心理素质,让应急救援队员能保持稳定的体能与良好的心态,去应对各类不可预知的危机。而应急救援队员要在科学指导下来开展核心力量训练,这需要教练员在日常的训练当中,要不断地强化核心力量训练方式与方法,才能起到良好的训练效果。为此,文章采用文献资料法等研究方法,以应急救援队员核心力量训练的基本要求为切入点,提出了应急救援队员开展核心力量训练的方法,旨为今后应急救援队员开展核心力量训练提供一些参考性的借鉴。Core strength training is one of the most effective training methods in sports training.Carrying out core strength training can effectively improve the physical and psychological quality of emergency rescue team members,so that emergency rescue team members can maintain stable physical fitness and good mentality to deal with all kinds of unpredictable crises.The emergency rescue team members should carry out core strength training under the scientific guidance,which requires coaches to constantly strengthen the core strength training methods and methods in the daily training,so as to achieve a good training effect.Therefore,this paper adopts the research methods such as literature method,takes the basic requirements of core strength training of emergency rescue team members as the starting point,and puts forward the methods of core strength training for emergency rescue team members,in order to provide some reference for emergency rescue team members to carry out core strength training in the future..
