内蒙古师范大学学生课外体育锻炼现状的调查研究

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计分析法等方法,对内蒙古师范大学赛罕校区除体育学院外,其他5个学院学生进行了参加课外体育锻炼的现状调查。通过此次调查,对内蒙古师范大学学生课外体育锻炼的现状有了一定的了解,从调查数据中发现了一些问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,希望通过该研究,可以使其中的一些问题能够得到改善或解决。In this paper,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistical analysis,the current situation of students participating in extracurricular physical exercise in five other colleges outside the physical education college of Saihan Campus of Inner Mongolia Normal University was investigated.Through this investigation,I have gained a certain understanding of the current situation of students’ extracurricular physical exercise in Inner Mongolia Normal University,found some problems from the survey data,and put forward corresponding solutions.We hope that through this research,some of these problems can be improved or solved.
