摘 要:通过对加强板的结构及成形工艺进行分析,设计了排样及级进模,级进模结构采用3个区域共8个工位成形加强板不同的部位,减少了模具闭合高度及提高了加强板的成形质量。经实践证明:模具结构合理,能实现加强板高效、高质量和低成本的冲压成形。By analyzing the structure and forming process of the stiffening plate, the blank layout and progressive die were designed. It adopted 3 regions with 8 working positions to form the different parts of the stiffening plate, which reduced the closing height of the die and improved the forming quality of the stiffening plate. It had been proved by practice that the die structure was reasonable and the stamping efficiency was high and the stiffening plate and quality was good.
