摘 要:天绘二号卫星通过主动发射/接收微波信号以获取地表信息,其产品精度与雷达载荷性能直接相关。而作为我国首次发展的微波型测绘卫星系统,天绘二号卫星在轨性能长期变化机理还有待深入研究。为了便于展开卫星全寿命性能分析,完整采集和监测天绘二号卫星的性能参数,本文提出了天绘二号卫星在轨性能监测系统的建设思路以及运行策略,并根据天绘二号卫星特点,采取在轨实时监测和长期统计分析相结合的办法,能够有效监测天绘二号卫星在轨性能变化,实现天绘二号卫星全链路、全寿命性能掌控,为天绘二号卫星任务规划和机理研究提供支撑,也可为其它卫星建立性能监测系统提供参考。TH-2 satellite obtains surface information by actively transmitting/receiving microwave signals,and the product accuracy is directly related to the radar payload performance.As the first microwave surveying satellite system in China,the long term variation mechanism of on-orbit performance of TH-2 satellite still needs to be further studied.In order to facilitate the fulllife performance analysis of the satellite,and collect and monitor the performance parameters,this paper proposes the development and implementation strategy for the TH-2 satellite on-orbit performance monitoring system.According to the characteristics of the TH-2 satellite,a method combining the real-time mointoring with long term statistical evaluation is adopted to effectively monitor the on-orbit performance,which can support the mission planning and mechanism study,and also provide a reference for other statellites to establish performance monitoring system.
