摘 要:试验研究了苯甲酸钠、草酸钠、柠檬酸钠和酒石酸钠四种中低分子量的有机物对铝酸钠溶液(CNa_(2)O=150g/L,α_(k)=1.45)粘度的影响。研究结果表明,随着有机物浓度从0升高到0.7g/L,铝酸钠溶液的粘度逐渐降低,主要因为有机阴离子的加入抑制Al(OH)_(4)^(-)向聚合铝酸根离子的转变,降低了溶液的内摩擦力,从而降低了溶液的粘度。随着有机物浓度从0.7g/L升高到1g/L,铝酸钠溶液粘度升高。此外,工业铝酸钠溶液的粘度随着总有机碳浓度从0升高到30g/L而逐渐增加。最后通过多元线性拟合的方法获得了不同条件下铝酸钠溶液的粘度方程。The effects of four low and medium molecular weight organic compounds(sodium benzoate, sodium oxalate, sodium citrate, and sodium tartrate)on the viscosity of sodium aluminate solutions were studied.The results showed that the viscosity of the sodium aluminate solution gradually decreased as the concentration of organic compounds increased from 0 to 0.7 g/L,mainly because the addition of organic anions inhibited the transformation of Al(OH)_(4)^(-) to polymeric aluminate anions and reduced the internal friction of the solution, thus decreasing the viscosity of the solution.The viscosity of the sodium aluminate solution increased as the organic concentration increased from 0.7 g/L to 1 g/L.In addition, the viscosity of the industrial sodium aluminate solution gradually increased as the total organic carbon concentration increased from 0 to 30 g/L.The viscosity equation of sodium aluminate solution under different conditions was obtained by the method of multiple linear fitting.
