排水管线普查服务于中小河道污染治理初探

摘　　要：本文以宝山区排水管线普查项目为例,兼顾排水管线服务于规划、建设、管理、地下空间应用及合流、污水改造等多方面管理需求,研究出一套融合多项工作的排水管网数据管理标准,并从排水管网调查、管线测量、数据处理及编绘、管网数据库建设、管网成果三维建模等多个方面介绍了项目实施情况。通过该项目进行总结及归纳,形成了一套有效的关于城市排水管线普查工作的流程和机制,对类似项目有一定的指导意义。Taking Baoshan District drainage pipeline survey project as an example,taking into account the management needs of drainage pipelines in planning,construction,management,underground space application,confluence,sewage transformation and other aspects,a set of data management standards for drainage pipeline is studied and developed.The implementation of the project is introduced from the aspects of drainage network investigation,pipeline surveying,data processing and compilation,pipeline network database construction,and three-dimensional modeling of pipeline network results.Through the summary of the project,an effective process and mechanism for the census of urban drainage pipelines have been formed,which has certain guiding significance for similar projects.
