浅谈PMC项目管理总承包模式在绥阳县团山水库工程的实践

摘　　要：项目管理总承包PMC单位是业主通过招标方式聘请的第三方项目管理机构,作为业主代表和管理的延伸,对项目全过程进行一体化管理。在这种管理模式下,PMC承包机构与业主签订合同,对项目进行计划、管理、协调和控制。业主与PMC总承包商签订的合同包括管理服务和工程施工承包。在水利工程建设实践中,PMC管理总承包是优质高效的施工管理模式,尤其以设计院开展PMC管理总承包业务,具有无可比拟的优势。The project management general contracting PMC unit is a third-party project management organization hired by the owner through bidding.As an extension of the owner's representative and management,it carries out integrated management of the whole process of the project.Under this management model,the PMC contracting agency contracts with the owner to plan,manage,coordinate and control the project.The owner's contract with the PMC general contractor includes management services and project construction contracting.In the practice of water conservancy project construction,PMC management general contracting is a high-quality and efficient construction management mode.In particular,the design institute has incomparable advantages in opening PMC management general contracting business.
