摘  要:目的了解海军航空兵某部官兵营养知识、行为、态度(KAP)的现状并分析其相关性。方法采用自制营养KAP调查问卷对132名地勤、空勤、机关人员进行数据收集,并进行相关性分析。结果营养知识得分(22.56±6.63)分,及格率为49.24%,优秀率为11.36%;营养态度得分(13.23±5.30)分,及格率为75.00%,优秀率为52.27%;营养行为得分(10.18±2.89)分,及格率30.30%,优秀率为0.75%。营养知识得分空勤最高,机关次之,地勤最低(P<0.05);营养行为得分空勤最高,地勤次之,机关最低(P<0.05);营养态度三者之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体质量正常与超重、肥胖人群营养KAP得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。营养知识和态度、态度和行为之间具有相关性(P<0.05),知识和行为之间的相关性不显著(P>0.05)。结论海军航空兵某部官兵营养KAP得分不理想,应开展针对性措施提高营养知识水平,改善营养态度,从而促进健康营养行为。Objective To investigate the nutrition-related knowledge,attitudes,and practices(KAP)and to analyze the correlation among officers and airmen in a PLA naval aviation unit.Methods A self-designed KAP questionnaire was used to collect data from 132 members of ground staff,in-flight staff,and office staff.And the correlation analysis was conducted.Results Nutrition knowledge scored(22.56±6.63)points,with a pass rate of 49.24%and an excellent rate of 11.36%;nutrition attitudes scored(13.23±5.30)points,with a pass rate of 75.00%and an excellent rate of 52.27%;and nutrition practices scored(10.18±2.89)points,with a pass rate of 30.30%and an excellent rate of 0.75%.In terms of nutrition knowledge,the in-flight staff had the highest score,followed by the office staff,and the ground staff had the lowest score(P<0.05);in terms of nutrition practices,the in-flight staff had the highest score,followed by the ground staff,and the office staff had the lowest score(P<0.05);in terms of nutrition attitudes,there was no statistically significant difference among the three types of servicemen(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the nutrition-related KAP scores among normal-weight people,overweight people,and obese people(P>0.05).The nutrition-related knowledge was correlated with attitudes(P<0.05),and the attitudes was correlated with practices(P<0.05).But the correlation between knowledge and practices was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The nutrition-related KAP scores were not satisfactory.Targeted measures should be carried out to improve nutrition-related knowledge and attitudes,thus promoting healthy nutrition practices.
