摘　　要：本研究从我国现代军事航海的发展、军事航海医学环境特征和多样化军事任务远海卫勤保障需要等方面阐述了我国军事航海远程医学建设与发展的需求,提出了建设包括海上远程通信资源、舰载远程医学站点、岸基远程医学中心和军事航海远程医学技术支撑与组织运维管理系统等为基本组成的我国军事航海远程医学系统,并对重点关注的问题进行了深入探讨。This paper illustrated the needs of building and developing a Chinese military navigation telemedicine system,by reviewing the development of modern military navigation,profiling the characteristics of medical environment in military navigation,and analyzing the health service demanded to support diversified military tasks on high seas.Then,it proposed and discussed in detail that the telemedicine system should consist of the maritime telecommunication resource,the shipboard telemedicine terminal station,the shore-based telemedicine center,the system of technical support,and the management systems of organization and operation maintenance.
