摘 要:近年来,国际局部冲突、各国内部矛盾突显、恐怖主义死灰复燃导致神经性毒剂造成人员伤亡情况时有发生,神经性毒剂无时无刻不在威胁着人类安全与健康。神经性毒剂的医疗应对策略研究始终是国内外防化医学研究领域的热点与难点。该文介绍了近年国内外神经性毒剂的医疗对策研究动向,综述了神经性毒剂的检测、中毒预防(外在防护及预防用药)、中毒后的救治药物、中毒后诱发的远后效应等研究进展。In recent years,casualties caused by nerve agents occur occasionally amid regional conflicts,prominent domestic upheavals in some countries and the resurgence of terrorism.Nerve agents are posing a risk to human lives,safety and health.Studies on medical countermeasures against nerve agents have been a hotspot in the field of chemical defense medicine.The developments and advances of medical countermeasures against nerve agents are reviewed in this article,involving the detection and identification of nerve agents,prevention of nerve agent poisoning(external protection device and pre-exposure prophylaxis),drugs for nerve agent poisoning and the treatment of far-back effects caused by nerve agents.
