摘　　要：目的探究主观认知下降(SCD)人群的多模态MRI变化情况。方法 SCD人群与资料匹配的正常人群各30例,行认知功能及常规MRI、全脑灰质体积(GMV)、静息态低频振幅(ALFF)检查,比较其变化规律。结果全脑GMV比较显示SCD组在前扣带回(左)、后扣带回(右)、前额叶(右)、颞上回(左、右)、尾状核(左、右)、颞中回(左、右)、舌回(左、右)以及丘脑(右)、小脑(左、右)、枕叶(右)等皮层或灰质结构中表达量下降。ALFF比较显示SCD组在前扣带回(左、右)、前额叶(右)、眶回(右)、颞上回(左)、颞中回(右)、颞极(右)ALFF降低,在小脑(左)、小脑蚓以及尾状核区(左)ALFF升高。结论对比正常组,SCD人群已存在脑结构与脑功能的改变。Objective To explore the changes of multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in people with subjective cognitive impairment(SCD). Methods Cognitive function and routine MRI,whole brain gray matter volume(GMV)and resting state low frequency amplitude(ALFF) were examined in 30 SCD subjects and 30 matched normal subjects.Results The whole brain GMV comparison showed that the expression of SCD decreased in the anterior cingulate gyrus(left),posterior cingulate gyrus(right),prefrontal lobe(right),superior temporal gyrus(left,right),caudate nucleus(left,right),middle temporal gyrus(left,right),lingual gyrus(left,right),thalamus(right),cerebellum(left,right) and occipital lobe(right). ALFF comparison showed that in SCD group,ALFF decreased in anterior cingulate gyrus(left,right),prefrontal lobe(right),orbital gyrus(right),superior temporal gyrus(left),middle temporal gyrus(right) and temporal pole(right),and increased in cerebellum(left),cerebellar vermis and caudate nucleus(left). Conclusion Compared with the normal group,the SCD group had the changes of brain structure and brain function.
