摘　　要：20世纪80年代上半叶,中国科学院学部作为中国科学院的学术领导机构,曾组织评议组首次对60多个院属研究所进行了学术评议。评议内容包括研究所的科研方向、课题设置、科研队伍结构、实验体系建设、学术管理情况等。通过学术评议,评议组给研究所提出发展建议。此次学部评议研究所,是中国科学院在改革开放初期依靠科学家加强学术领导,实施"专家治院"的重要举措,有助于促进研究所的发展,也开启了国内对研究机构进行学术评议的先河。In the first half of the 1980s,as the leading academic institution of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,the Academic Divisions of the CAS organized review groups to conduct academic review of more than 60 institutes affiliated to the CAS for the first time. The content of academic review includes the research direction of the institute,the setting of research topics,the structure of the research team,the construction of the experimental system,the academic management situation,etc. Through academic review,the academic review groups put forward development suggestions to the institutes.This Institutes of Academic Review was an important measure of the CAS to rely on scientists to strengthen academic leadership and implement "experts governing the academy"in the early stage of reform. It was helpful to promote the development of the institutes of CAS,and it was the first domestic academic review of research institutions.
