摘　　要：1977年6—7月召开的中国科学院工作会议是"文革"后的第一次全国科技工作会议,也是迎接和筹备全国科学大会的预备会议,参会人员以多种形式主要讨论了方毅的大会报告和科技发展远景规划草案中属于科学院的部分。介绍了会议召开的背景与主要议题,重点分析了方毅大会报告中提出的有关科技工作拨乱反正的原则性问题和有力措施。从会议的实际影响和历史作用来看,这是一次成功的会议,对我国科技工作走向正轨起到了不可忽视的作用,且它的成功离不开科学院核心领导人突出的个人能力。The Work Meeting of Chinese Academy of Sciences held in June and July1977 was the first national science and technology working conference after the"Cultural Revolution",and also a preparatory meeting to welcome and prepare the National Science Conference. The participants mainly discussed Fang Yi’s conference report and the draft long-term plan for Developing Sciences and Technology belonging to the Chinese Academy of Sciences in various forms. The paper introduces the background and main topics of the conference,and focuses on the analysis of principles and effective measures to correct the disorder in national science and technology work in Fang Yi’s report. According to the influence and historical role of the conference,it was successful,which played a role should not be neglected in setting the national science and technology work to rights,and its success could not be separated from the outstanding personal ability of the core leaders of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
