摘　　要：在油库成品油贸易交接中,科里奥利质量流量计的不规范安装会影响其计量精度。为解决科里奥利质量流量计计量精度问题,通过在实验室中模拟现场不规范安装情况与规范安装的对比实验,找出影响科里奥利质量流量计正常计量性能的原因在于不规范安装时产生的应力。通过规范安装,消除了应力,避免了附加误差的产生,提高了成品油的计量精度。规范的科里奥利质量流量计安装可以有效地发挥其计量性能。Coriolis mass flowmeters are used in custody transfer of oil products stored in oil depots.Its measurement accuracy can be affected by improper installation of the meter.In order to resolve this problem,through the experiment comparing the measurement results of repeating the on-site improper installation of the meter with that of the standard installation,both are set up in the laboratory,it is found that the reason that affects the normal measurement performance of the Coriolis mass flowmeter comes from the stress generated during the improper installation.Through standard installation,the accuracy of product oil measurement is improved by eliminating stresses and by avoiding additional errors.Standard installation of Coriolis mass flowmeter to the specified procedure can effectively enhance its measurement performance.
