摘 要:以新形势下所构建的装备保障体系为研究对象,研究探索装备保障体系运行的过程。借鉴作战体系运行OODA环理论,构建了装备保障体系AODA环运行的概念模型,分析了装备保障体系AODA环的内涵,明确装备保障体系AODA环的周期记述方法,选择大规模联合作战装备保障为典型案例,运用AODA环理论对其运行模式进行分析和描述。最终认为现阶段有效提高装备保障体系运行效率,主要应从增加信息网络传输速度、提高指控决策智能化处理能力、提升保障实体机动保障能力3个方面入手。Taking the equipment support system constructed under the new situation as the research object,the operation process of the equipment support system is studied and explored.Based on the operational OODA loop theory,the concept model of AODA loop is constructed,the connotation of AODA loop is analyzed,and the periodic description method of AODA loop is idetified,the equipment support of large-scale joint operation is selected as a typical case,and its operation mode is analyzed and described by using the AODA loop theory.In the end,it is considered that,we should increase the transmission speed of information network,improve the intelligent processing ability of command and control decision-making,and improve the mobile support ability of support entities in order to improve the operational efficiency of equipment support.
