盐酸达克罗宁胶浆用于支气管镜检查术前局部麻醉患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸达克罗宁胶浆用于支气管镜检查术前局部麻醉患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将100例肺部病变患者随机分为对照组50例和试验组50例。对照组给予盐酸利多卡因注射液0.1 g/5 m L雾化吸入,试验组给予盐酸达克罗宁胶浆0.1 g/10 m L口含。比较2组患者的麻醉效果、盐酸利多卡因注射液总用量、患者满意率,以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果所有患者均完成试验,没有病例脱落。试验组和对照组的麻醉效果优良率分别为88.00%(44例/50例)和64.00%(32例/50例),检查过程中盐酸利多卡因注射液总用量分别为(220.40±54.88)和(254.00±61.05) mg,总满意率分别为94.00%(47例/50例)和76.00%(38例/50例),差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。试验组发生的药物不良反应有咽喉不适和低氧血症,对照组发生的药物不良反应有咽喉不适、低氧血症和气道痉挛。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为6.00%和22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论盐酸达克罗宁胶浆用于支气管镜检查术前局部麻醉效果好,药物不良反应少,患者易于接受。Objective dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage in local anesthesia before bronchoscopy. Methods One hundred patients with pulmonary lesions were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases per group. The control group was given lidocaine hydrochloride injection 0. 1 g/5 m L by atomization inhalation,while the treatment group was given dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage 0. 1 g/10 m L orally.The anesthetic effect,total dosage of lidocaine hydrochloride injection,patient satisfaction rate and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results All patients completed the trial,and no cases fell off. In the treatment and control groups,the excellent and good rates of anesthetic effect were 88. 00%( 44 cases/88 cases) and64. 00%( 32 cases/50 cases), the total dosages of lidocaine hydrochloride injection were( 220. 40 ± 54. 88) and( 254. 00 ± 61. 05)mg,the satisfaction rates were 94. 00%( 47 cases/50 cases) and76. 00 %( 38 cases/50 cases),the differences were statistically significant( all P < 0. 05). The adverse drug reactions in the treatment group were throat discomfort and hypoxemia,while those in the control group were throat discomfort,hypoxemia and airway spasm. The total incidences of adverse drug reactions in the treatment and control groups were 6. 00% and 22. 00% with significant difference( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage used for local anesthetic before bronchoscopy is effective,less adverse reactions,easy to be accepted by patients.
