摘 要:针对现有核心专利识别方法在指标选定及权重判定方面较为单一的不足,利用布拉德福定律及灰色模糊理论提出一套技术领域核心专利识别方法。首先,通过技术应用区域、主要IPC、主要研究机构及3D专利地图等4个维度的分析,了解相应技术的发展状态;其次,运用布拉德福定律确定核心专利的数量,并从技术、法律、市场的角度构建指标体系,运用灰色模糊评价法对专利进行评分、排序,确定初始核心专利集;最后,构建标准集序列,采用灰色关联分析法对初始核心专利集进一步筛选,确定核心专利集。并通过对管道检测机器人的核心专利识别,验证其可行性。Aiming at the relatively simple shortcomings of the existing core patent identification methods in index selection and weight determination, this paper puts forward a set of technical field core patent identification methods based on Bradford law and the grey fuzzy theory. Firstly, the development status of corresponding technologies can be understand through analyzing the technology application area, main IPC analysis, main research institutions and 3 D patent analysis. Secondly, the paper uses Bradford law to determine the number of core patents, constructs an indicator system from the perspectives of technology, law, market, and uses Grey fuzzy theory to score and rank in order to determine the initial core patent set. Finally, the paper constructs the standard patent set sequence, and uses the grey correlation analysis to screen in initial core patent set to determine the core patent set. Through the identification of the core patent about the pipeline inspection robot, the feasibility of this method is verified.
