摘 要:支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿尤其是极早产儿最常见的呼吸系统疾病,发病率高、死亡率高、再住院率高及费用高昂,然而,目前仍缺乏有效的防治措施。近年来间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)来源的细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicles,EVs)在BPD的研究中显示出了明显的优越性,因此,本文对EVs特性及MSC来源的EVs在BPD治疗中的作用进行叙述,以期将其早日广泛应用于临床实践中,改善早产儿长期的呼吸结局。Bronchopulmonary dysplasia is the most common respiratory disease in premature infants,especially in very premature infants,with high morbidity,high mortality,high rehospitalization rate and high cost.However,there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment measures.In recent years,extracellular vesicle derived from mesenchymal stem cell has shown obvious superiority in the study of bronchopulmonary dysplasia.This article describes the characteristics of EVs and the role of MSC-derived EVs in the treatment of BPD,in order to be widely used in clinical practice and improve the long-term respiratory outcome of premature infants.
