摘 要:铜绿假单胞菌耐药涉及基因突变为基础的多种通路和成份。近年来, 除耐药基因通路调控外, 铜绿假单胞菌胞外多聚物的组分研究取得进展, eDNA、sRNA和噬菌体等多种核酸物质, 以及胞外囊泡为代表的新组分和新机制被发现。胞外多聚物的研究进展为铜绿假单胞菌耐药的研究提供了新思路。本文将对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜中的胞外多聚物相关组分与耐药性的研究进展状况作一综述。Drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa involves a variety of pathways and components based on gene mutation.In addition to the regulation of drug-resistant gene pathways,the study on the components of the extracellular polymers of Pseudomonas aeruginosa has made progress,and a variety of nucleic acid substances such as eDNA,sRNA and phage,as well as the extracellular vesicles represented by new components and new mechanisms have been found.The research progress of extracellular polymers provides a new idea for the study of drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.This paper will review the research progress of the components extracellular polymer-related and its relationship with drug resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
