摘 要:针对非织造加工技术中针刺法和水刺法加固存在的缺点,提出一种运用高速气流对纤网进行加固的工艺,并对这一喷气固结工艺的流程进行阐述,对采用喷气固结工艺制备的涤纶非织造布试样的性能进行测试和分析。结果表明,喷气固结工艺能使纤维发生以圈形缠结方式为主的多种缠结效果,赋予材料优异的形状恢复性能,材料具备蓬松、高弹的特性。Based on the shortcomings of needled and spunlaced technologies,a kind of fiber web reinforcement method using high-speed airflow was proposed.The process of air-jet consolidation was elaborated,the properties of PET non-woven samples prepared by the air-jet consolidation were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the air-jet consolidation process made the fiber having a variety of entanglement effects mainly in the form of ring entanglement,and endowed the material excellent shape recovery performance,fluffy and high elasticity.
