摘　　要：白细胞介素-8(IL-8)作为一种常见的炎性因子,在多种疾病的病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。IL-8在神经外科常见疾病如感染、血管病、肿瘤、外伤等的诊疗中具有重要价值,备受关注。本文通过梳理国外现有文献,对IL-8在神经外科常见疾病的发生发展过程中发挥的作用及其机制,以及其在这些疾病诊疗过程中的临床价值进行了综述。Interleukin-8(IL-8),a common inflammatory factor,plays an important role in the pathophysiology of many diseases.IL-8 has an important value in the diagnosis and treatment of common neurosurgical diseases such as infection,vascular disease,tumor and trauma,and has received much attention.By combing the existing foreign literature,this paper reviews the role played by IL-8 in the development of common neurosurgical diseases and its mechanism,as well as its clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.
