摘 要:为研究气隙、受潮缺陷导致的交联聚乙烯电缆接头绝缘劣化机理,以10 kV单芯XLPE电缆接头为研究对象,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立接头有限元仿真模型,阐述了无缺陷、气隙缺陷、受潮缺陷及两种缺陷同时存在的复合缺陷对电场分布的影响;对比分析了不同结构参数及空间位置的气隙缺陷在轴向、径向的电场强度分布特征。研究结果表明:缺陷的存在会造成接头场强的畸变,其中受潮缺陷的畸变程度最大。气隙缺陷的场强分布受几何形状和空间位置的影响,同一缺陷的距离r与最大场强成反比;保持径向尺寸A不变,轴A/B越大,空腔内部的电场强度越小;保持横向尺寸B不变,场强与径向长度成反比;与单气隙缺陷相比,径向分布与横向分布的双气隙缺陷均会影响电场分布,且影响趋势相反。受电场应力作用,缺陷将在高场强区域扩张,进一步导致绝缘系统失效。不同类型缺陷对接头温度分布的影响不同,主要集中在主绝缘部分。研究结果可为电缆接头的绝缘缺陷检测及缺陷类型判断提供理论参考。In order to study the insulation deterioration mechanism of XLPE cable joint caused by air gap and moisture defects,the 10kV single-core XLPE cable joint is taken as the research object,and the finite element simulation model of the joint is established by COMSOL Multiphysics software.The influence of defects without defects,air gap defects,damp defects and the combined defects existing at the same time on the electric field distribution is described,and the distribution characteristics of the axial and radial electric field intensity of the air gap defects in different structural parameters and spatial positions are compared and analyzed.The results show that the existence of defects will lead to the distortion of joint field strength,and the distortion degree of damp defects is the greatest.The field intensity distribution of air gap defects is affected by the geometric shape and spatial position,and the distance r of the same defect is inversely proportional to the maximum field intensity.With the radial dimension A unchanged,the larger the axis A/B is,the smaller the electric field intensity inside the cavity is.If the transverse dimension B is kept constant,the field strength is inversely proportional to the radial length.Compared with single air gap defects,both radial and transverse double air gap defects will affect the electric field distribution,and the influence trend is opposite.Under the action of electric field stress,the defects will expand in the high field strength region,further leading to the failure of the insulation system.According to the preliminary simulation of the temperature field,it can be seen that different types of defects have different effects on the temperature distribution of the joint,which are mainly concentrated in the main insulation part.This study can provide some theoretical reference for the detection of insulation defects and the judgment of defect types of cable joints.
