摘 要:动力换挡变速器的自动控制是智能拖拉机的关键技术,其控制系统是整车CAN通信网络的重要节点。设计了拖拉机双CAN总线通信网络,在此基础上,对动力换挡变速器控制系统进行了研究。CAN智能节点的MCU采用Freescale的MC9S08DZ60芯片,收发器采用TJA1040芯片,6N137构成的光电隔离电路提高了系统的抗干扰能力,使用2个收发器分别连接高低速2条总线,实现信息传输的备份和容错能力。建立了动力换挡变速器电液控制系统的AMESim模型,建立了0~2 s内的分段斜坡信号,作为换挡电磁阀输入信号,仿真时间设为3 s,仿真表明:换挡离合器油压特性曲线与理想状况一致;对换挡过程的液压冲击进行仿真分析,发现离合器泄压时刻为0.4 s且换挡重叠时间为0.4 s时,系统受到的液压冲击最小,为0.48 MPa,对车辆动力影响很小。The automatic control of the power shift transmission is one of the intelligent tractor key technologies,and its control system is an important nodes of the vehicle CAN communication network.The tractor dual CAN bus communication network is designed.On the basis,the control system of power shift transmission was designed.The MCU of CAN intelligent node adopt the MC9S08DZ60 chip of Freescale,and the transceiver uses TJA1040 chip.The photo electric isolation circuit composed of 6N137 improves the anti-interference ability of the system.Two transceivers are used to connect two buses of high and low speed respectively to realize the backup and fault-tolerant ability of information transmission.The AMESim model of the electro-hydraulic control system of the power shift transmission is established,and the piecewise slope signal within 0~2 s is established as the input signal of the shift solenoid valve.The total simulation time is set to 3 s,and the simulation results show that the oil pressure characteristic curve of gear shifting clutch is consistent with the ideal condition.Simulation analysis of hydraulic impact in shifting process shows that when the clutch pressure release time is 0.4 s and the shift overlap time is 0.4 s,the minimum hydraulic impact is 0.48 MPa,which has little effect on the vehicle power performance.
