摘  要:为综合回收钢铁生产过程烟尘中的锌,消除环境污染,实现资源的综合利用,研究了还原温度、还原时间、还原剂种类、原料结构以及球团粒径等对含锌粉尘干球转底炉直接还原过程的影响,并与压团还原脱锌工艺进行了对比。结果表明,干球直接还原工艺较压团块还原更为适宜;干球直接还原工艺适宜的还原温度为1250℃,还原时间50 min;采用内配煤制度,适宜的碳铁比应控制在0.25~0.35;原料结构对球团还原过程的影响不大,而球团粒径对球团脱锌有较大影响,CDQ粉作还原剂时,干球直径应控制在14~16 mm;YM煤作还原剂时,干球直径应控制在14~18 mm。In order to comprehensively recover zinc from flue dust in iron and steel production,eliminate environmental pollution and realize comprehensive utilization of resources,the effects of reduction temperature,reduction time,type of reducing agent,raw material structure and pellet particle size on the direct reduction process of dry ball rotary hearth furnace containing zinc dust were studied and compared with the briquette reduction dezincification process.The results show that the dry pellet direct reduction process is more suitable than the briquette reduction;its suitable reduction temperature is 1250℃and the reduction time is 50 min;the appropriate carbon iron ratio shall be controlled at 0.25~0.35 with internal coal blending system;the raw material structure has little effect on the pellet reduction process while the pellet size has great effect on the pellet dezincification.When CDQ powder is used as reducing agent,the dry pellet diameter should be controlled at 14~16 mm;When YM coal is used as reducing agent,the diameter of dry ball shall be controlled at 14~18 mm.
