摘 要:在分析菱镁石的理化性质及造渣原理基础上,山东墨龙公司在HIsmelt熔融还原工艺中使用菱镁石替代部分白云石进行了造渣冶炼工业试验。结果表明,使用菱镁石作为熔剂替代部分白云石用于HIsmelt熔融还原工艺完全可行;配入菱镁石后,熔剂总消耗量减少,出渣量减少,产铁量增加;终渣中MgO含量上升,二元碱度基本维持不变,炉渣性能满足HIsmelt熔融还原工艺冶炼的要求。成本分析表明,采用菱镁石替代部分白云石降低成本具有可行性,当菱镁石配入量替代20%白云石熔剂进行造渣冶炼时,吨铁成本可降低56.0元,降本效果显著。Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of magnesite and slagging principle,Shandong Molong company carried out slagging smelting industrial test by using magnesite to replace part of dolomite in HIsmelt smelting reduction process.The results show that it is feasible to use magnesite as flux to replace part dolomite in HIsmelt smelting reduction process.After adding magnesite,the total flux consumption decreases,the slag discharge decreases and the iron production increases;the MgO content in the final slag increases,the binary alkalinity basically remains unchanged,and the slag performance meets the smelting requirements of HIsmelt smelting reduction process.The cost analysis shows that it is feasible to use magnesite to replace part dolomite so as to reduce the cost.When magnesite is added to replace 20%dolomite flux for slag smelting,the cost per ton of iron can be reduced by 56.0 yuan,and the cost reduction effect is remarkable.
