摘  要:介绍了Ti-IF钢的冶炼过程。结合钒钛磁铁矿高炉铁水的特征,以生产高品质IF钢为目标,优化确定了高炉-铁水脱硫-转炉提钒-转炉冶炼-氩气搅拌-LF精炼-RH真空处理-连铸的冶炼工艺流程。通过制定脱硫、脱磷、转炉终点控制、顶渣改质及RH深脱碳等工艺操作方针,所生产的产品达到行业先进水平,为大批量生产高质量低碳钢提供了借鉴。The smelting process of Ti-IF steel is introduced.Combined with the characteristics of vanadium titanomagnetite blast furnace hot metal,the smelting process of blast furnace-hot metal desulfurization-converter vanadium extraction-converter smelting-argon stirring-LF refining-RH vacuum treatment-continuous casting was optimized and determined in order to smelt high-quality IF steel.By formulating the process operation policies of desulfurization,dephosphorization,converter end point control,top slag upgrading and RH deep decarburization,the products have reached the advanced level in the industry,which provides a reference for mass production of high-quality low-carbon steel.
