摘 要:利用金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析等实验手段分析了低碳钢翘皮缺陷产生的原因,并提出了控制措施。结果显示,翘皮缺陷部位有明显脱碳现象,且组织内部存在大量弥散点状的氧化物质点,认为翘皮缺陷为铸坯表面裂纹经轧制所致。通过调整铸机设备精度、优化冷却强度,调整浸入式水口插入深度,低碳钢带钢表面翘皮缺陷显著改善,翘皮发生率由36%降至2.8%。The causes of skin warping defects in low carbon steel were analyzed by means of metallography,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,and the control measures were put forward.The results show that there is obvious decarburization at the warping defect,and there are a large number of dispersed point like oxidation material points in the microstructure.It is considered that the warping defect is caused by the surface crack of the slab after rolling.By adjusting the precision of caster equipment,optimizing the cooling intensity and adjusting the insertion depth of submerged nozzle,the surface warping defect of low-carbon steel strip is significantly improved,and the warping incidence is reduced from 36%to 2.8%.
