负责人视域下新型农业经营主体辐射带动能力影响因素分析——以陕西省为例

摘　　要：从新型农业经营主体负责人的角度出发,对陕西省218家新型农业经营主体进行调研,分析负责人的个体特征和资源禀赋对新型农业经营主体辐射带动能力的影响,研究发现:男性负责人和具有党员身份的负责人的辐射带动能力更强;负责人的人力资本、社会资本及心理资本水平是影响新型农业经营主体发挥辐射带动能力的主要因素。最后为提升新型农业经营主体的辐射带动能力提出对策建议。In the view of person in charge of new agricultural business entity,218 new agricultural business entities in Shaanxi are investigated and studied in order to explore the influence of the individual characteristics of person in charge and resource endowment on radiation driving ability of new agricultural business entities.The results show that male leaders and heads with the identity of party members have stronger radiation driving ability,and main factors to affect the radiation driving ability of new agricultural business entities are the level of human capital,social capital and psychological capital of persons in charge.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in order to improve the radiation driving ability of new agricultural business entities.
